This compilation supports the launch of Rusted Tone Recordings; an independent tape label specialising in ambient, drone, and experimental music, based in Farnham, Surrey. 'Sampler Vol. 1' includes musical contributions from a wide variety of artists scheduled for solo releases throughout 2018 and well into the following year.

The label will be releasing the first full-length album, 'Glimmer' by Spheruleus, on cassette tape and digital download, available 19/02/2018.

The sampler is free to download, however, any proceeds made will go towards supporting physical releases and sustaining Rusted Tone Recordings.
